The largest domed conference center in Europe called "Turtle" has opened on the grounds of the Russian MIREA University. The huge domed structure is used for both internal presentations and events unrelated to the University. It has 608 seating and is equipped with modern panoramic video displays with high image quality and sound. 12 high-powered projectors allow visitors to enjoy three-dimensional images on a dome measuring more than 900 square metres. This is more than just a place for studying and working, it is a unique immersive space that can be utilized not only by the University itself but also for large-scale city, national, and international projects. RTU MIREEA's conference hall was designed and equipped according to the Priority 2030 programme as part of Russian national projects. This space provides conditions for scientists and students to work and contributes greatly to the promotion of science and technology within the country.

The RTU MIREA conference hall was designed and equipped as part of the Priority 2030 program under Russia's National Projects. The new facility provides working conditions for researchers and students and contributes greatly to the promotion of science and technology within the country.
