Cloud.ru is the leader in cloud technologies and AI in Russia.The company develops custom solutions, provides support, and helps businesses of all sizes, from retail and communications to heavy industry and banking.Every year, they host a large "GoCloud" event. This year I worked with Eventum Premo to organize it, responsible for artistic direction and creativity. My duties included everything from designing decorations and installations, to setting up the navigation system at the CDPin Moscow.I also prepared designs and materials for production.
There was a lot of activity at the conference, so the guests could take a break from the lectures. They could also learn more about the company's products and have fun. To this end, five zones were set up, which operated throughout the conference.
Navigation columns and an interactive game stand are located in the HR area.
An activity area that houses several interactive auctions, designed to entertain guests at the event. Each one has its own unique mechanics and game principles.
The HR zone is a place where guests can talk to company representatives about events, get advice and possibly even get a job offer.
As with the development of other materials, we have not only developed an appearance for activity zones, but we have also prepared instructions for their production. All the materials, dimensions and technical features have been specified and transferred to production.
A small area with a display of products was located in the catering area. During lunch, guests could receive advice on additional company products.
The very first versions were simple structures on which I worked out the mechanics and designed them.
