In the context of historical evolution of media and communication, a retrospective analysis demonstrates the importance of radio as a public infrastructure element. Radio streams, widely distributed in urban areas, played a critical role in public notification in emergency situations.Despite the decline in popularity, radio remains relevant for its functional tasks. The Ministry of Emergency Services needs an effective warning system to inform the public of potential threats. A new radio concept is being developed to integrate modern technologies. We are actively discussing its implementation as an innovative solution for notification and communication.
